Tamika is a licensed North Carolina Appraiser Trainee (T6719) and a member of North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition. Tamika is a Colorado native, has been an active member of her community for 17 years and is so excited about turning that community focus toward real estate.

Tamika devotes her free time to community efforts including feeding the homeless, volunteering at women's shelters and coaching fast pitch softball. When Tamika isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends while traveling the world. Tamika looks forward to being a compass for her clients guiding them through the home selling or buying process.
